The Rimmel Scaldal'Eyes Volume on Demand Mascara comes in a bright orange tube that looks super summery and fun, I like it. You get 12ml of product which is quite a lot, I checked with my other mascaras and they mostly contain 8-10ml. The wand is on a bigger side and it's hourglass-shaped but it's wider on the bottom.
The formula is wet at the beginning but it dries over time. It's actually a thinner formula that needs a lot of coats. Most of the time I do one coat (two, for special occasions) because it's totally enough for my lashes but with this mascara, I needed three and I really needed to build it up. On the other side, the lashes never felt heavy and it didn't stick them together. The effect at the end is great actually but I don't have time in the morning for all the extra coats.
The mascara is not crazy volumizing like they say but I like how it fans out the lashes and gives them some definition. It doesn't last well on me. When my eyes start to water a tiny bit, it starts to smudge. It doesn't crumble and it's easy to remove.
In the last couple of weeks, I have seen so many mixed reviews about this mascara, some hate it, some love it, but I'm in the middle. It gives a nice effect to the lashes but I need time to build it up, also, it starts to smudge. I know it's not a waterproof formula but still. You have more affordable mascaras out there that will make you lashes look better. Če bi ta maskara dala več volumna, po mojem trepalnice več ne bi bile tako lepo definirane. Se pa strinjam s tabo... s časom se bolj posuši in jo moraš kar večkrat nanest, da prideš do želenega učinka. Meni se je sicer še drobila tudi pod očmi...ampak ok, to me še ni tako motilo.
