Matte Legend Lipsticks are new lipsticks from Avon. I love their lipsticks and it's always nice to receive one in the mail. The design of the lipstick is stunning. The packaging is very shiny and silver, it has Avon engraved in it, the lipstick itself is diamond-shaped. As always, you have the sticker in the shade of the lipstick and the name on the bottom. The regular price of the lipstick is 8,50€.
I had these photos in a draft for a year but I was still testing one product so I didn't even start to write a review. Now I finally have my final thoughts so I can write it. Love Nature is a skincare line from Oriflame. I know it was very popular last year. The products don't contain silicones and are biodegradable. The packaging is also made out of 40% recycled plastic. I tested four products: Hydrating Face Cream, Refreshing Eye Gel, Purifying Face Oil and Refreshing Toner. You have a lot more products to choose from, mine are for normal skin but you can choose products based on your skin type.
I had this blush on my wishlist ever since Mateja started talking about them. She raved about them on her blog a lot, so of course, I had to order one. The BLUSHment Blurring Blush comes in an elegant and fancy looking shiny black packaging. You get 6g of product for around 10€. You also get a decent-sized mirror.
I did one of this Products I Want To Use Up project in 2018. I also tried to do it last year but I failed, so this time I'm also posting it here so I have it written down, it's easier to stick to it. And it's interesting to see how much I've really used at the end. I decided to do it until the end of the year. These are the products that I really want to finish. Maybe I will put some more products in the project, it depends on how it goes.
Nobea is a new brand in the beauty world. They have nail polishes, mascaras, regular and liquid lipsticks, lip glosses and maybe some more products but I found just these on Notino's website.
Another little haul. You will find some newer makeup releases and some other beauty products that were on my wishlist for a long time. In this post, there are mostly makeup products but you will also find a few haircare and skincare items.
I was very excited when I saw the preview of this new Catrice limited collection and when I got both of the palettes in the mail. I'm talking about the Catrice x Disney Minnie and Daisy LE that should be available at stores from March to May 2020.
Recently I reviewed the new Stay 8h Matte liquid lipstick from Essence and since these Catrice ones are also new, I will be comparing both formulas within this review. Catrice Matt Pro Ink Liquid Lipsticks come in a much nicer packaging than the ones from Essence. They have clear packaging with a rosegold cap and they look pretty and elegant. You get 5ml of product for around 5€. The wand is also better than by the Essence ones, it's a smaller double-sided applicator.
Lately I have just been trying to use stuff up. I wouldn't say I have a huge collection of beauty products but I do have more than I actually need. Now I got an idea to reduce my collection. I have a lot of products that I just save because I like them so much or they were expensive and I don't want to use them up. In this post, you will see a lot of shower gels. For me, it takes a long time to use the whole bottle of shower gel, so usually, I just use them instead of hand soap. I have also been trying to use up all my oils and hand creams that are not my favorite and because of that I just forget about them.
The Rimmel Scaldal'Eyes Volume on Demand Mascara comes in a bright orange tube that looks super summery and fun, I like it. You get 12ml of product which is quite a lot, I checked with my other mascaras and they mostly contain 8-10ml. The wand is on a bigger side and it's hourglass-shaped but it's wider on the bottom.
Stay 8h Matte Lipstick is a new product from the spring/summer 2020 update from Essence. In last year's update Essence had amazing matte lipsticks, called Mad About Matte, and I don't know why didn't they just keep those. The lipstick comes in a nice packaging but I did prefer the old one. It contains just 3ml of product and costs about 3-4€. You can see the shade of the lipstick on the packaging. The applicator is big and flat, I don't like it, it's a bit harder to precisely apply the lipstick.
HerStory is a new line from Avon that they launched to celebrate International Women's Day. I tried the new lipstick, called Ruby Kiss. There is also a new fragrance available, called Her Story. I already described the notes here but I won't be reviewing it because I'm not going to keep it. It's not really my cup of tea, it's too floral for my taste.
