Crystologie Blissful Aura is a new beauty line from Oriflame. It was inspired by the amethyst crystal, so everything looks very sparkly and dazzling. I got three products for Valentine's day and now I finally have my thoughts about them. I got the body wash, illuminating hair and body mist, and a bath bomb. I didn't try the latter because I don't have a bath but it will make a great gift for someone. I think there is only one more product that is part of this line - a soap bar.
Crystology Blissful Aura Illuminating Hair and Body Mist
The illuminating hair and body mist comes in a plastic bottle with a spray cap. You get 150ml of the product and it costs around 7€. The mist is very fine and distributes evenly. There are some tiny shimmer particles in the formula that can sink to the bottom, so you need to shake the bottle before you use it. When you shake it, it looks very cosmic and magical. I only used it on my skin and it gives a very subtle sheen to it, it doesn't have a blinding effect but I like that. It also doesn't leave stains on the clothes. The scent is quite creamy and warm, fruity but with hints of floral notes.
Crystology Blissful Aura Body Wash
The body wash comes in a chunky and petite plastic bottle. It contains 250ml of product and costs around 5€ (I got the prices from Notino because Slovenian Oriflame site didn't work when I was writing this review). Oriflame describes this body wash as soft and foaming and I would agree with that. It's a very creamy formula that foams well. Just as with the hair and body mist, before using it, you also need to shake it because all the shimmer particles go to the bottom. I was afraid that those particles would stay on the shower floor but that didn't happen. The scent is the same as by the hair and body mist, it does linger for a while but no longer as a couple of hours.
Blissful Aura is a fun and sparkling skincare line and I really liked testing these two products. The body wash is almost empty already but I'm saving the mist for the sunny days, so the tinny shimmer can look more stunning in the daylight.
