New In #44

Another haul with lots of new products to test. I'm not sure whether to still do these hauls because it takes me ages to finish one and the other posts get pushed to the side because of it. I'm not sure, maybe I will stop doing them and start with monthly favourites again? And maybe posts about the products that I have been testing lately (like I used to do before) here and there? Just let me know if you still like reading hauls or not.

Wet N Wild Megaslick Balm Stain Coral Of The Story*, Silk Finish Lipstick Fuchsia With Blue Pearl*, H2O Proof Liquid Eyeliner Black Noir* and Glitter Single Karma*
I will do separate reviews for these products because I still need time to test them. If I'm not mistaken this is my first time trying the Wet n Wild brand. I remember it was very popular a couple of years back but now I don't hear much from it.

Trend It Up Ultra Wear Nude Pen Matte 030
I'm my recent haul I mentioned one lipliner from Trend it Up and how much I like the colour. I since got a backup shade and this new ultra wear pen. The colour is pretty similar, just more brown-toned and nude. The texture is not the softest but it's easy to apply. It can feel a bit drying on my lips but I forgive it because it's such a nice shade.

Balea Aqua Wasser Spray
This is a repurchase. I like to use these in the summertime when it's hot and I also use them when I'm using a clay mask. The clay shouldn't dry on your skin when you have it on, so I always keet it wet with this.

Eveline Cosmetics 8in1 Total Action Intensive Nail Conditioner
This is the best nail treatment that I found and it's only about 3€ on Notino. I have a whole review here.

Again, a repurchase. I bought about four of these already. I like using clay masks about once a week. When I don't have time, this one is the quickest to use because I don't have to mix it with water.

Oriflame Illuskin Aquaboost Foundation Natural Beige Neutral*
I absolutely love this foundation. I had some problems with my skin, I had some breakouts that I couldn't get rid of. I also experienced this for the first time in my life, so I didn't know what to do and I didn't like my skin nor how any of the foundations looked on it. But this one was okay. Also, the shade was perfect. I got a lot of tan during the summer and most of my foundations didn't match me but this one was perfect. I will do a whole review of this one if I get enough time because it's amazing.

Oriflame Lash Extension Mascara*
I reviewed a few of Oriflame's mascaras on my blog, some were an absolute hit but some were a miss. I loved the last two that I tried, so I have big hopes for this one but I didn't get a chance to test it yet.

Oriflame The One Colour Unlimited Eye Shadow Flash Rose*
I already have one of these from the same line, shade Sahara Bronze, but I'm not sure if the formula is new. I really liked that one but this one seems different. The formula of the old one is very creamy and much easier to blend than this one. The new formula is thinner and I just can't blend it well on my eyes. I'm not sure if it's the new formula or it's just the shade. The shade is called Flash Rose, it's peach-toned rose gold with a metallic finish.

Borotalco Original Deodorant
A deodorant that I've been repurchasing for a good couple of years. This one and Nelipot are now the only two deodorants that I use.

Balea Reinigungsöl
Another repurchase, I mentioned in my DM Haul in summer that I'm not a huge fan of the oil but it's the cheapest and I know it doesn't break me out. Since I have been experiencing breakouts I didn't really dare to test any other oil.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Watter
I got this one when I was travelling and I forgot to bring any sort of cleansing product. It was over the weekend and the only store I had near me was Spar that of course didn't have anything I tried and know that is somewhat good. I did hear some good things about this micellar water, so I got it. I used it a couple of times and it's okay, nothing special but I will use it up.

Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream
I finally found something to replace Avon's Nutra Effect gel cream. I still can't get over the fact that they discontinued it. This Neutrogena costs three times more but my skin liked it. It's really light but still very hydrating on the skin. It's also fragrance-free. I try to buy it when it's on offer in DM or on Notino.

Philips Lumea
This product was so expensive but so worth it. I bought it in the summer but I forgot to include it in my summer haul. For the whole year, I was debating whether to buy it or not but then the rave reviews convinced me to get it. Also, my Braun Silk-epil-7 epilator died (after two years already?) and I realized the epilator would cost me a lot too, so I decided to splurge and get the Lumea. The main factor was because I started to get a lot of ingrown hair because of the epilator and it was just pita. Now that I have the Lumea for about 3 months, I have to say it's one of my best purchases, I'm absolutely impressed with it. If you are interested I can do a review on it but don't expect before/after photos, I didn't take any because I didn't expect it to work so well and so quickly.

Catrice new products for autumn/winter 2020
(True Skin Hydrating Foundation 010 Coool Cashmere, 24h Brush Liner 010 Ultra Black, Nude Collection Eyeshadow Palette The Coral 010 Peach Passion, Volumizing Lip Booster 140 Rosewood Hills, ICONails Gel Lacquer 100 Party Animal, Plumping Lip Liner 020 What A Doll, Poreless Perfection Powder 010 Universal Shade, More Than Glow Highlighter 020 Supreme Rose Beam)*
I stopped wearing makeup for months because I just didn't have time or I didn't feel like it. I tested a few things here and there but I still didn't get properly through these products. If I mention a few products and my thoughts... I like the Poreless powder, it looks very natural on my skin. The Volumizing Lip Booster feels nourishing on the lips but I hate the "volumizing" part because of the tingling, I don't like the feeling. The nail polish is very shimmery and looks nice but it's pita to remove, as it's usual with these types of polishes. I have heard good things about other products but I haven't tested any yet.

Oriflame Beautanicals Collection (Repairing Shampoo, Repairing Conditioner, Revitalising Soap Bar, Revitalising Soap Cleanser, Repairing Hand Slave)*
I will do a whole review on these products, so, for now, I will only say that I adore the packaging, it's very simple and modern if I say so. I like that the shampoo comes with a pump because it's easier to use. I would say the shampoo is quite average, nothing overly special. For my dry hair is a bit too drying. It cleans well but it's not really nourishing like I'm used to with L'Oreal and some other shampoos. I still need to properly test all of the products to say more.

Balea Men Revolution 5 Rasierer
I needed a new razor and I saw on Mateja's blog that she likes this one from Balea. I always bought cheap razors and I knew the men's ones are better but I still didn't buy them. So this was quite revolutionary. It's much much nicer than the woman's razors that I used before. After shaving my skin is also smoother to the touch. Now that I use the Lumea, I don't even need it as much. It wasn't so expensive either, I think it was around 8€ in DMs.

Balea Rasiergel Tropical Summer (LE) and Sense of Magic (LE)
I always buy these shaving gels from Balea. The limited editions always smell nice. Tropical Summer smelled like iced tea and the Sense of Magic smells fruity and sweet, it's a nice holiday scent.

Oriflame All Or Nothing Parfum*
All Or Nothing is a new perfume from Oriflame and I really like it. The bottle is very luxurious and elegant, it looks way more expensive than it is. This is one of the prettiest perfume bottles that I own but most definitely the most expensive-looking one.

Top notes: Magnolia, Freesia, Italian Lemon.
Middle Notes: Jasmine, Damask Rose, Raspberry.
Base Notes: Madagascar Vanilla, Musk, Cedar.

The scent itself is also amazing, it's nothing extravagant, it's a scent that most will like in my opinion. It's a very warm vanilla scented perfume. At first, it's more on a floral side but still fruity but then it gets warmer and cosier. It's quite strong, one spray was enough for my taste (I don't like to use too much because I get migraines and I don't want strong scents to trigger one) and my boyfriend still smelled it right away when I got into the car. It lasted well on me.

Primark Scrunchies
I was searching for some affordable scrunchies and found them in Primark. These were really inexpensive, around 2 and 3€ but there wasn't so much choice. H&M for example has a lot of colours/fabric/patterns but they are more expensive. In terms of quality, these are just as good as H&M's or any other, they hold the hair well.

Thank you for reading!

  2. Nice buys. I will need to research the Philips Lumea as I epilate too as my hair grows really fast too and have issues with ingrown ones. Happy to read your review on it.

I just found your blog last night and decided to follow you :-D
