I already put it in my favourites and I had to make I review of it. I'm talking about the Shea Hand Cream from L'Occitane. It is my first ever L'Occitane hand cream and I love it.
The Body Shop always has the best looking (and smelling) holidays collections, I loved last years Frozen Plum body butter. This years autumn collection Vanilla Pumpkin is probably my favourite that I have tried so far, I just adore the scent. At the start of November, I was at a blogger event where I could try and smell all three of the Christmas collections, the Peppermint Candy Cane, Vanilla Marshmallow and Berry Bon Bon. Peppermint Candy Cane was very nice but too minty for my taste. The Berry Bon Bon I remember that it smelled very sweet and fruity. But I chose to test the Vanilla Marshmallow because I thought it's the safest choice and I was sure that I would enjoy using the products.
I received this S.Oliver perfume at a blogger event and it has quickly become my go-to perfume. The Black Label Women Eau de Toilette comes in a simple and classy glass bottle. The bottle is clear with white label and cap. It contains 30ml of product and costs around 25€.
Here is the part two of the favourites, you can find the first one here. In this one there are three skincare products and one for the lips that deserve to be mention in my favourites. Two are old favourites and two are fairly new.
I didn't do monthly favourites for so long, the time just flies so quick that I can't keep up and do them every month. So now I gathered up some products I enjoyed using in the autumn months and now when winter has started. I will do this post in two parts. I wanted to do makeup and skincare separate, but now it's actually a mix of everything in both of the posts.
Balea After Sun Duschgel
This shower gel was also in my last empties back in September. I just find it to be one of the best for summer time (even though I did use it for half of the autumn too). I mostly use this one as a hand soap because it manages to get off the film that body creams/oils/sunscreens leave. Plus it smells nice.

This was meant to be posted a while back, actually a few months back to be exact. I don't know why, I love Colourpop products, but I always forget to make a review for them. So this post will be a bit more autumn themed in between all my holiday ones. This time I will review more of the Lippie Stix. I already reviewed some of them here (including one ultra satin lip), I also reviewed one of their Super Shock Shadows.
I was debating whether to get this #peeloff Glam Easy to Remove Effect Nail Polish or not but then I saw how pretty it is on Mateja's blog I had to buy it. It is a new product from Catrice and it's supposed to be a peel-off nail polish. I like the concept because I love wearing glittery polishes, but I hate removing them, so I needed to try it.
Oriflame came out with a new line called Swedish Spa. I received a body scrub and a body oil in my mail, but on the blogger event, I also got some products that I will actually give away on my Instagram. What they say about the new line: Take time out, in nature, to relax both body and mind. That’s the Swedish way. From oils that transform into milky foam to silky soft mineral clay and luscious whipped body butter, the sublime textures of Swedish Spa are designed to help soothe away tension and fill you with inner tranquillity. With Swedish Spa, you can be inspired by nature at home. Swedish Spa has an exclusive new scent, scientifically proven to help soothe your mind and deeply relax you from the inside out.
Today I wrote a longer post with a few products that I was testing lately. These are some new products from Catrice and Essence for autumn and winter. They do this twice a year to change things up and bring some new trends to the drugstore for an affordable price.
I had this foundation for quite a while but only a few months back I decided to try it. The brand is called Paese and I did talk about some of their products on my blog. I tried the white nail polish that everybody raved about but it didn't impress me, but I loved the lip liner. Today I will be reviewing a foundation called Liquid Powder Double Skin Aqua. It is supposed to be for dry skin, it contains some vitamins to make the skin healthy looking. It's also supposed to nourish and smooth it. Paese also says that the foundation is waterproof and longlasting.
I got The Matte Camouflage Concealer in Bipa when I was in Seiersberg. It is from their beauty line called Look by Bipa and I paid 3,25€ for it, this is probably the least expensive concealer I ever bought. The bottle is quite small compared to other concealers I own, but it actually holds more. It contains 7ml of product and on the other side, Essence and Catrice both hold only 5ml. The packaging is matte and sleek and it doesn't look like it costs a couple of bucks. It comes with a small basic doe foot applicator.
5-in-1 Wonder Lash XXL Mascara is one of the newest mascaras from Oriflame. It comes in a blue tube with yellow details. You get 8ml of product and the regular price is 12,90€. The wand is narrow and just a bit curved. On one side the bristles are longer than on the other. I like the wand, it separates the lashes perfectly and I don't make a mess like with my old favourite Essence mascara that comes with an absolute huge brush.
Vanilla Pumpkin is this years autumn collection from The Body Shop. They say the collection is scented with quintessential pumpkin fragrance, vanilla from Madagascar, and hints of tonka bean, hazelnut, and maple syrup. I don't smell a lot of pumpkin, to me it smells like freshly baked homemade vanilla cookies with just a hint of spice.

Catrice Dewy-ful Lips Conditioning Lip Butter and Essence Mad About Matte Liquid Lipstick
These two are the new products from the Essence and Catrice autumn/winter revamp. I picked them out myself, I went with a lip butter and a matte lipstick. I have never been a fan of lip glosses or anything sticky on my lips but Mateja and Petra convinced me I need this product in my life (they both have a review on their blog). The adorable packaging also helped. Then, I wasn't sure if the matte lipstick from Essence is even new in their assortment or it's old but I just grabbed it. I did hear that Essence's matte lipsticks aren't really matte but I took my chances and bought it anyway.
I haven't bought a nail polish in a while but then I saw on Ajda's Instagram that DM is having a sale on their Trend it Up nail polishes. I already have a few shades from their Double Volume & Shine line and I really like them, so I decided to pick up another one. I was searching for something to replace my favourite pastel pink shade from Essence and I thought this shade would be nice to try.
Another empties posts. This time there are a lot of products that I always use and I already talked about them a lot on my blog, so now there are mostly a couple of words for each one with a link to the full review.
Clay Ritual is a small Slovenian company owned by Tina Avguštin. She contacted me on Instagram if I wanted to try something and of course, I said yes. She has a website Glina.si where she sells clay products, on the website you can find clay soaps, different clay masks, hair shampoos, cream deodorants and more. Tina's clay products are handmade in Slovenia, 100% natural and contain more than 75 different minerals. You can read more benefits of using clay in one of my older posts and on Tina's website.
I received these Bourjois products a while ago, I shared some of my first impressions on Instagram, as well as some swatches and I had photos prepared since I got them, but I never got around on doing a proper review. I haven't tried a lot of products from Bourjois but I always see bloggers raving about them. This time I tested the Rouge Edition Velvet Liquid Lipstick, Satin Edition 24h Eyeshadow and a Glossy Finish Lipstick.
Balea Erfrischendes Waschgel
Balea Aqua Feuchtigkeits Creme-Gel
I feel Balea is changing the packaging on all of their products. These two products are one of my favourites. I didn't pay attention, but my fellow bloggers said that also the ingredients slightly changed. I haven't tried the gel yet, but the cream feels the same, the scent is very similar if not the same. In terms of moisturizing, I also didn't see a difference. I will definitely keep repurchasing.

I have been waiting for this highlighter since I made a preview of the whole Wanted: Sunset Dreamers TE from Essence. I had a few other products on my WL that I decided not to get, but I had to get this one, Essence always has great highlighters in their trend editions.
Another year has passed, it has already been four years since I started blogging. Lately, I had less time for everything but I still enjoy putting together every single post, from taking pictures to editing and writing the posts. Hopefully, I soon get back on track and start posting more.
Like every year I just want to thank every one of you who read my blog, comment, follow me on social media or share my posts. Also, thank you to all the brands that collaborated with me in the last year. As a thank you there will be a few giveaways going on on my Instagram, so be sure to check them out.
I already did a most read posts in December, but here are some new posts that you enjoyed this year:
Again, a combined favourites post. I didn't have time to write the June one and I actually didn't try a lot of new products. In this favourites, there are mostly old favourites that I rediscovered or I thought they needed another mention because I like them so much.
This time I got a chance to try a new product from Melvita. I already tried some products from the brand, I loved the Nectar de Miels cream, also the hand cream and extraordinary oil from L'Or Bio range are lovely to use.
Hot summer! From end of July until end of August 2018, the new essence trend edition “wanted: sunset dreamers” takes wanderlust fans on a trip to the desert, where freedom prevails and the air practically glows in the blistering heat. The warm nuances of the sand and the colour gradient of the sunset are reflected in the shades of the products. The earthy tones and golden effects are perfect.
Summer has just started and Catrice already released a preview of the new Autumn/Winter 2018 products. I made a small wishlist of products that I want to try, but this will surely change when I see them in person. I'm most excited for the blushes and highlighters, also the eyeshadow sticks look like something I would like.
I ordered this eyeshadow a while ago when Colourpop had 1+1 deal on Lippie Stix and Super Shock Shadows. I bought three Lippie Stix, I did try some before and I have a review on a few of them, but Super Shock Shadow was new to me. I ordered the shade Elixir, it seemed like a shade I would wear a lot.
Makeup Revolution, or like it's now called, only Revolution has so many new products every month that I can't even keep up with them. They mostly come out with high-end makeup dupes but I never really pay attention to them. The one product that I did notice and I have on my WL is their concealer, which is supposed to be a dupe for Tarte's Shape Tape.
The One Colour Obsession is the newest lipstick line from Oriflame. They say this line has some revolutionary bold shades. The lipsticks contain ChromaLoad Technology for the unequalled colour intensity, they are moisturizing for your lips and have a gel-creme finish. I got a chance to test one of the shades, called Nude Appeal.
I already mentioned before that L.O.V Cosmetics is leaving our stores. Müller had a 50% off sale for all the products, but I didn't have much time and half of the assortment was already gone so I couldn't get more products that interested me, except for this nail polish. I already own one and I really like it. L.O.V doesn't have a ton of different shades, there are mostly basic shades and a lot of the shades were gone once I got to the store, so I picked up this bright red one.
I got this fragrance at a blogger event last year and it really caught my attention. It's called S.Oliver So Pure Eau de Toilette. I like the design, it's so clean and minimalistic with a clear bottle and rose details, but still nice and elegant. The bottle contains 30ml, I'm not sure how much it costs or if it's even available in this size, but the 50ml bottle costs 26,75€.
Bourjois Satin Edition 24h Eyeshadow 03 Mauve Your Body
This is my favourite product in the last two months. First of all, I love the shade, it's a browny mauve shade with some grey tones. The packaging is nice, almost the same as by the Rouge Edition Velvet Lipsticks, but the applicator is fluffier. I'm so impressed how long the eyeshadow lasts on my eyelids, it doesn't smudge or fade or anything, you just have to take a bit of time when applying it. I love it and I will do a separate review on it.

I have been using Balea's face masks for years now, but I never really experimented, I always stick to the ones I have known and loved. Now I decided to test some more and I'm glad I did because I found a new favourite. The final inspiration for this post was Mateja's Asian Sheet Mask review, that you can check here. You can get Balea face masks in DM stores and they usually cost from 0,79€ to 0,99€, a few are 1,99€.
The Body Shop came out with some interesting products for spring and I got a chance to try two of them, a Japanese Cherry Blossom Strawberry Kiss Body Cream and a Raspberry, Beetroot, Ginger Lip Juicer. There are also some new face products that would be nice to try in the future since I haven't had anything from TBS face related before. I'm a little late with this spring post, but I'm late with everything lately. Don't worry, these two products are part of the regular collection.
I wanted to do a review of this palette for a while now, but something always came in between. L.O.V Cosmetics is leaving Slovenian drugstores and since I love this palette, I had to make a post about it. I already owned one L.O.V highlighting palette before I got this one, and I really enjoyed using one shade in it, so I had high hopes for this one. If I'm honest, I was over the holo trend and I didn't think this palette would impress me so much, but in the end, it did. The palette is called LOVillusion Holographic Highlighter Palette, I got the shade No. 100 Prismatic Attitude.
Today I will review two of the new brow products from L.O.V cosmetics. I was sure that both of them are from their limited edition Code: Nude - The Eyebrow Collection. When I started writing this review I realised that only the brow pomade is part of the collection and the brow palette is joining the regular assortment. The limited edition is available since the start of February, but I'm not sure how long these last. Two products that I got to test are the BROWlights Eyebrow Pomade & Highlighter in shade 120 Powerful Ebony and the BROWttitude Professional Eyebrow Palette in shade No. 500 Blonde Perfection.

Essence Glow Like... TE Baked Metallic Highlighter in 03 Like Glitter is Raining on You
Everyone is raving about the new highlighters from the Glow Like... TE by Essence. The collection is all about glowy and dewy skin, included is everything, from powder highlighters, liquid highlighters, sticks, palettes, a dewy finish spray and also a brush. There are three baked highlighters in Glow Like... TE. One is on a lighter side, one is more golden, the third one, that I got, is a gorgeous champagne shade. I don't wear highlighter as much anymore, so I only picked up one, the one I thought would suit my skin best. If you are interested, Petra made a review of the shade 02, she also included some comparisons.
Happy Kawaii is a new trend edition from Essence. The whole collection is about sweet and cute products. The collection is already available and it will be until mid of May, but I'm sure after that you can still find it in some stores. I got a chance to try four of the products, if you want to know what I think about them, keep reading.
The Body Shop Japanese Cherry Blossom Body Cream* and Lip Juicer Raspberry, Beetroot & Ginger*
A review of these two should be up already, but I just didn't find the time to write it. I like the lip juicer, it's quite waxy and well pigmented. It gives a light pink tint to my lips. The body cream smells very nice and floral, I'm not a big fan of floral scents, but I actually like this one. It's the same as other TBS body creams, thick in texture and nourishes the skin well.
I got a chance to test another Yanumi product, this time I will be reviewing their 100% Organic Karite Vanilla Shea Butter. I already mentioned the avocado oil that I use for hair, in my January favourites. Yanumi is a Slovenian natural skincare brand. They are suitable for all skin types, even for a sensitive and damaged skin. All of the products are free of preservatives and other additives. Products are also vegan.
Collect moments! Inspired by the beauty of Asia, Africa and the Orient, the new essence trend edition “adventure awaits – GET SUNKISSED” whisks you away on a journey full of adventure from May until mid June 2018. With lively colours, ornaments, ethnic patterns and awesome bronzing products, the beauty pieces reflect the influence of different cultures and create summer looks full of diversity.
I didn't do February Favourites because I didn't try a lot of products in that month, I didn't feel well for the half of the month and in general, my life got pretty busy. But there were still some products that I loved, so I decided to do favourites for February and March combined. There are some new products and also some that I rediscovered.
If I'm not mistaken, I only tried two makeup products from Kiko, one was a matte lip pencil, which I liked, but wasn't too impressed with it, it was a bit too drying for me. The other one was a nail polish, that famous lavender shade and I love that one. I can't wait to wear it now when it's finally starting to look like spring again.
Afrodita is a brand that I have known and loved for years. Last year I was part of the Beautiful Bloggers Meetup where we got a goodie bag with two Afrodita's products, one we could choose ourselves. I have used their face products before, but I don't think I used their body products. I have used all three of the products though winter when my skin was very dry and I decided to do a quick reviews because two of them really impressed me.
Bridal Bloom is my first L.O.V Cosmetics nail polish. I've been eyeing them for a long time after I've seen them on Mateja's blog, but they are quite expensive for my budget. Now, I actually got one to test and it's a very pretty rose shade. Bridal Bloom is a new spring shade in their collection.
